Little hesitant about a refurbished item, but it's working great. Fair condition looks fine in my case (can't tell with the case on), and functionality wildly better than my 5.5yo previous phone. At this price and be quality, I CAN afford to upgrade every few years, instead of ushering my phone to kindergarten age.
My s22 arrived earlier than expected and is as described, couldn't even tell that it's a refurb.

Although the screen has some small scraps on it they are not terribly noticeable. Other than that the phone works fine and the delivery was good. Have to keep you in mind the next time I order a refurbished phone.
Very happy with the phone, the selection, and the service. The Samsung S22 I purchased was listed in good condition - but it looks brand new and it works perfectly. Renewed is not the same as used or secondhand. Our devices are held to rigorous quality standards that ensure every phone runs like new. The refurbishment process includes meticulously cleaning, testing, and assessing every phone, as well as replacing aging parts with high-quality new components. Meanwhile, with secondhand or used items, you’re left to the private seller’s good word as to their true condition, and with no guarantee or warranty.
This warranty is limited to technical and manufacturer defects that affect the functionality of your item. It doesn't cover accidental breakage or theft.
Of course you can! Just select cash as you check out or indicate to your sales rep that you want to pay cash. Our cash prices are extremely attractive and you will still be eligible for our 12 month warranty and our best in class customer service.

If you order online or through one of our Mo reps, we will bring new baby straight to your door the next day (Nairobi only at the moment).
