  • MoCare is a device protection plan included in your purchase. It helps you fix your phone if it gets a broken screen or water damage within the first year.

 How does MoCare work?

  • You don’t need to sign up — it’s already included in your plan.
  • To qualify, you need to have paid at least one full month of your installments and your phone should not be tampered with. Any signs of tampering will void the service.
  • You're covered for up to two repairs (screen or water damage) valid for 12 months from the date you purchased your phone.

Renewed devices are Grade A+ quality smartphones sourced from ex-UK, ex-USA, and other international markets. These phones are professionally refurbished abroad and then undergo a rigorous 70+ point quality inspection by Mophones before sale. Unlike used or secondhand phones, renewed devices are fully functional, quality-certified, and covered by a warranty.

The 12-month warranty covers manufacturer defects that affect the normal functionality of the phone. This includes issues present under normal use. The warranty does not cover damage caused by the user, including accidental damage, liquid damage, loss, or theft.

Currently, Mophones does not offer cash purchases. All phones are sold exclusively through our Lipa Pole Pole (MoFinance) payment plan, making premium renewed smartphones more affordable through flexible installments.

Qualifying for the MoFinance (Lipa Pole Pole) plan takes about 30 minutes. Customers submit a lead through our website form, WhatsApp, or social channels. Our telesales team then contacts you to collect the required documents listed on the form. After review, you’ll receive an approval decision. Once approved, the deposit is paid on delivery, not before.

MoPhones offers same-day delivery within Nairobi. Orders delivered to Nakuru arrive the next day. Delivery timelines for other locations are communicated during order confirmation.
