This phone is my 4th purchase from and once again they over deliver. Phone works perfectly and dosent even look like a used or refurbished product. Even arrived sooner than the expected delivery date. I've never had a single issue with this company and I don't think I ever will.
The phone is in a pretty good shape. No scratches and the only thing I saw was a smudge which I can ignore easily. There was a mishap with FedEx but it wasn't the sellers fault. I recommend purchasing from this seller because they sell great refurbished phones.

so far the signal in this phone has been terrible. I'm not sure I might be sending it back. so I get a couple more days because my signal with T-Mobile has been less than Stellar I travel for work. my phone works a lot better not sure why this phone has such issues this is a refurbished phone. so not super happy at this point
I was very disappointed that my Samsung Galaxy S21+ would not accept a Sim card. I mailed it back to the refurbisher on August 19. They had it back to me by September 1.
Battery life is great. One charge lasted all day including 4 hours of video. Speed was excellent. I bought a model that only rated good, but the case and screen seem perfect to me. Very good purchase.

The refurbishment process includes meticulously cleaning, testing, and assessing every phone, as well as replacing aging parts with high-quality new components. Meanwhile, with secondhand or used items, you’re left to the private seller’s good word as to their true condition, and with no guarantee or warranty.
This warranty is limited to technical and manufacturer defects that affect the functionality of your item. It doesn't cover accidental breakage or theft.
