I really like because it gives another life to phones through refurbishment. I have bought three products from here but the one of the products that I bought kind of didn't meet up to standards. Like for example, after a month or two of using the second phone I bought from here it started doing some app glitches. The phone states that it is unlocked when I bought it but for some reason it has been telling me that there is no Verizon Sim Card in the phone. It doesn't let me hear my voice mails through the regular phone app even though I connected it with Metro by tmobile since it was unlocked. That's why I am warning others to check the ratings/reviews of the seller so you know what you are getting yourself into. I will always recommend though to my family and friends just because it is more affordable than shelling out a couple hundred dollars everytime a phone breaks, etc.
First phone had a screen that stopped responding, but... had a return label generated and a replacement phone to me quickly, with good communication along the way. Great to find refurbished products that are guaranteed!

The refurbishment process includes meticulously cleaning, testing, and assessing every phone, as well as replacing aging parts with high-quality new components. Meanwhile, with secondhand or used items, you’re left to the private seller’s good word as to their true condition, and with no guarantee or warranty.
This warranty is limited to technical and manufacturer defects that affect the functionality of your item. It doesn't cover accidental breakage or theft.
Of course you can! Just select cash as you check out or indicate to your sales rep that you want to pay cash. Our cash prices are extremely attractive and you will still be eligible for our 12 month warranty and our best in class customer service.
