Quite good product, i bought my phone in November last year and it has served me well, never hunged.. it just overheats sometimes and during that time it drains bettery very fast.

My second refurbished phone from replacing the one I lost with a newer model. All good. Speedy delivery, looks and feels brand new. Maybe offer a case to fit as an accessory?

2nd time buying from and they deliver just as they promised, practically a brand new phone that doesn't even look like a refurbished phone (granted I always choose excellent condition but you kinda want the best, especially at this price) anyways I'm very satisfied with my s10. 4 year old phone but very dependable, still quick for its age, and it has a headphone jack lol and toe that counts for something. so I would recommend but save up for a galaxy 7 pro or the s22 or s23 Ultra

bought this a little over a year ago from as a refurbished phone. Arrived on time, packaged well, in better condition (good) than described. It's my work and personal cell so it gets a lot of use in a variety of ways. It's been working well, is very reliable even though it occasionally has some minor quirks as it continues to age. I hope to get two years total out of the phone, but I understand that it might not make it and it's not the refurbishers fault, it's just how fast tech advances, wear and tear, etc. this is my third phone from , I continue to come back for various electronics (3 laptops, 1 notebook, 3 phones) and have been about 90% successful with the items that I've purchased, which is good imo. All of my phones have been excellent purchases and they've lasted as long as I wanted them for (avg 2-4 years with the further wear and tear by me).
