Slight scuff on the bottom for an “excellent†condition device. And the battery is of unknown origin, so I’m going to have Apple replace the battery. Otherwise, I’d classify this as a “Good†condition rather than “Excellentâ€.
No cap, I bought a iPhone XS Max, locked with the carrier T-Mobile. NOW if it's "Locked" with a carrier you CAN activate it through ONLY that carrier. This was labeled "Good Condition". OK, so I got the iPhone XS max yes it's working excellent . It has 80% battery health. That's OK, but I'm very upset because the device is AT&T locked and AT&T won't unlock it because the device is not paid off by the previous owner should have tested the device before selling it, and I'm all the way in Jamaica and I can't send it back, and I don't know of anyone who is traveling back to America, so I could send it with them and if I should send it with a shipping company it's going to cost 4 arms and 9 legs to send it back now it looks like I'm stuck with an iPhone that will never be unlocked😡😡😡
The phone was flawless and free of cracks. I wish in there was a indepth description of the phone's defects. As I stated perviously, the phone was essentially flawless. However, the speakers on the phone are damaged a little, making phone calls hard to hear unless using speaker phone or AirPods/headphones connected for calls. But other than that, I am 100% pleased with this device. Will order another product soon.

This warranty is limited to technical and manufacturer defects that affect the functionality of your item. It doesn't cover accidental breakage or theft.
