I liked the phone it came in good condition. I was a little skeptical about the site but since it was told through a friend. however when I received my phone through the mail I was surprised of the quality. This site will be my go to site for refurbished phones.
The phone came in great condition and before my sons birthday. However, he could not use it because it was locked. I reached out to the company and did not get a response in 24 hours as promised. The instructions to reach the seller were not correct. My son is so disappointed because he cannot use the phone I got him to replace his precious iPhone. I still have not had anyone to contact me. My precious experience with was excellent. This one, not so much. I don’t even have a return label. The last device I received was in a box. This one was in a small bubble wrap package.
Quality was as described which is excellent. Battery could’ve been better. 86%. Which is one percent better than what they promised. The one I got for my mom was 82% and I haven’t heard from them about my complaint in over two weeks. The phones are good.
The phone was in magnificent condition. The only thing I didn't like was that on the back of the phone, there's a watermark starting that the phone was refurbished. I don't like labels and much less one that let's others know the phone was bought second hand. This is a minor gripe, but one that almost made me return the phone. I'm glad I didn't because otherwise, it looks and works great. I will consider again in the future before I buy a new phone. Also, it should be noted for other buyers that the condition I selected was EXCELLENT, not VERY GOOD as stated here.
After a couple of weeks, so far so good. The phone arrived on time and in good condition - great condition, actually - and seems to have a good screen with no ghost touches. That is one thing you always have to worry about with refurb iPhones; Apple does not sell their parts to other vendors, so phones and pads that have replacement screens often suffer from ghost touching. I had only found one reseller so far on I trusted - I now have two. Loving my XS max thus far.

The refurbishment process includes meticulously cleaning, testing, and assessing every phone, as well as replacing aging parts with high-quality new components. Meanwhile, with secondhand or used items, you’re left to the private seller’s good word as to their true condition, and with no guarantee or warranty.
This warranty is limited to technical and manufacturer defects that affect the functionality of your item. It doesn't cover accidental breakage or theft.
