The 2 iPhone XS look brand new along with the Samsung. We are very impressed with how fast we got them and how great they look. The only problem is the 2 Protection Packs I bought are for iPhone XS MAX which will not fit the 2 iPhones XS. Please let me know what to do. We will only buy from Black Market in the future! I wish we had known about your company a long time ago! Thank you!!!
The phone I bought was a Iphone XS. It's fine but it seems an alternative battery (non-apple) was used (nothing against that, stick it to the man) and the phone seems to have issues with heating and perhaps battery life. Since that was one of the reasons I was rushed to get a new phone after my cracked screen Iphone SE started having overheating problems it is a bit disappointing. I hope it's just an battery install issue and others buying from the seller aren't having similar issues. My iphone cover comes tomorrow so I'll try it with that and see if that makes it feel better.

The refurbishment process includes meticulously cleaning, testing, and assessing every phone, as well as replacing aging parts with high-quality new components. Meanwhile, with secondhand or used items, you’re left to the private seller’s good word as to their true condition, and with no guarantee or warranty.
This warranty is limited to technical and manufacturer defects that affect the functionality of your item. It doesn't cover accidental breakage or theft.
Of course you can! Just select cash as you check out or indicate to your sales rep that you want to pay cash. Our cash prices are extremely attractive and you will still be eligible for our 12 month warranty and our best in class customer service.
