When I received the phone and started using it I had some issues with the screen. When I would make a phone call and have the phone up to my ear the screen would be black, but when I would pull it away from my ear it would stay black. I couldn’t end the phone call. I would have to swing the phone around to finally get it to light up. Also, the phone made me sound like a robot when I was talking to people. I planned to return the phone, but literally after all these issues with the phone I dropped it and the back of the screen broke.
My Iphone X is great. The battery lasts allot longer than my previous phone. I didn't want to spend money on a new battery for my previous phone (Iphone 8), I wanted an upgrade. You have been gaining recognition because of your great service and quality refurbished phones and other electronics; love your online ads. I feel that as a company will grow much larger. I've been recommending your website to others and even had my wife purchase a phone from there. She loves her phone. Thank you
I was really excited to get the product that I ordered. My brother previously bought an iPhone and he was really happy with it. So I decided to save money and buy it as well. After receiving the product and using it for a few days, I have realized that the battery drains too much and very fast. It’s like I send one text message, it goes from 30% to 28%. I have to constantly charge my phone and limit the usage so I save battery and make it to where I need to go! I wish I could do something about that but since I’m using it and am use to the phone, I do not want to return it!

I was really excited for this phone to come in. I got this phone in a “ Good “ Condition. It’s more like excellent. Battery is 100%, Performance is good, ios is good , icloud is good & storage is great. it comes with a charger cord only not a block so be aware. It was a 7day ship process. Other than that, This is the best phone i’ve ever gotten thats refurbished. I will be buying off again.

The refurbishment process includes meticulously cleaning, testing, and assessing every phone, as well as replacing aging parts with high-quality new components. Meanwhile, with secondhand or used items, you’re left to the private seller’s good word as to their true condition, and with no guarantee or warranty.
This warranty is limited to technical and manufacturer defects that affect the functionality of your item. It doesn't cover accidental breakage or theft.
Of course you can! Just select cash as you check out or indicate to your sales rep that you want to pay cash. Our cash prices are extremely attractive and you will still be eligible for our 12 month warranty and our best in class customer service.
