I have been a little disappointed. First there was a hairline scratch on the glass and my signal strength and overall performance is fair at best. I checked middle of the road above because I did purchase a reconditioned phone but never again.

So I ordered the iPhone 8 Plus 64gb in excellent condition. The phone itself looks/works like it’s brand spanking new. No scratches, dings, marks, etc…shipping was pretty solid too. I ordered it on a Thursday afternoon and received it the following Monday morning. I’m not sure if FedEx 2 day means 2 business days or what but that’s besides the point. I haven’t used the charger that came with the phone so I can’t really speak on that lil accessory haha. My only knock is that the policy states that all phones must come with 85% battery health capacity or better. Mine came with 79%. My old iPhone had 82% and I ordered it back in 2017-2018 smh. Like how do you nail the everything phone related except the most important part smdh. I’m still within my 30 days of purchase to send it back for repair but idk about not having a phone for another 5 or so days 🤦ðŸ¾â€â™‚ï¸. All in all my experience has been really good. Thanks
I thought I was going to get scammed but I was wrong. The phone came is good condition with a few light scratches on the back. Other then that I'm satisfied with my new refurbished iPhone 8 plus. I'm loving already!

The refurbishment process includes meticulously cleaning, testing, and assessing every phone, as well as replacing aging parts with high-quality new components. Meanwhile, with secondhand or used items, you’re left to the private seller’s good word as to their true condition, and with no guarantee or warranty.
This warranty is limited to technical and manufacturer defects that affect the functionality of your item. It doesn't cover accidental breakage or theft.
Of course you can! Just select cash as you check out or indicate to your sales rep that you want to pay cash. Our cash prices are extremely attractive and you will still be eligible for our 12 month warranty and our best in class customer service.
