First, let me say I was a bit skeptical about purchasing a renewed/refurbished phone. However, everything was great and the phone itself was in great condition. Although, the sound/volume quality is not so good, but for the most part I can somewhat hear the ringer/caller when using the phone. Overall, I am a satisfied customer.

Meanwhile, with secondhand or used items, you’re left to the private seller’s good word as to their true condition, and with no guarantee or warranty.
This warranty is limited to technical and manufacturer defects that affect the functionality of your item. It doesn't cover accidental breakage or theft.
