Everything was excellent with my recent order. Between my wife and I and other family members, this is probably the sixth device we’ve bought in the last couple of years through .com. This purchase was perfect, the phone was delivered quickly and really exceeded expectations. Cosmetically the phone was nearly perfect with only some light scratches in the upper right corner of the screen keeping it from being like new. And they don’t detract from the use all. And most importantly, the battery condition was shown as 100%. Very satisfied with the purchase.
I am impressed with my "new" iPhone 7. I bought it for my son, it's the most suitable phone for him(he's 9 years old and it's his first phone). It did have a few light scratches but nothing to complain about. My husband and I are considering upgrading to "new" phones for ourselves because we're 100% satisfied with this purchase.
Was a little tough to get the SIM card out of the old iPhone 7, would have been nice if the tool to exchange the old phone SIM with the refurbished phone had been included with the shipped phone.
Everything seems to be working fine right now, hope it continues for at least a few more years!
Actually after I simply pressed return button for this iPhone 7, I was having my 2nd thought- discussed with my family, and I planned to cancelled my return and keep the product I ordered. Besides, the iPhone 7 looks smaller than I thought because I was used to big sized iPhones. And then since one of my mother's phone has a technical issue with her carrier signal received on her old iPhone 8 plus, thats when I decided to cancel my return and keep my product and let my mom use it as her replacement of her faulty iPhone 8. And although it looks smaller to my mom as well, she still liked it. I guess this phone feels more handier than, rather, the higher resolution and one-gen-newer iPhone.
Nevertheless, my mom also then told me the cause of her iphone 8 to have signal problems with carrier, she should not overcharge her phones like she usually always did.

The refurbishment process includes meticulously cleaning, testing, and assessing every phone, as well as replacing aging parts with high-quality new components. Meanwhile, with secondhand or used items, you’re left to the private seller’s good word as to their true condition, and with no guarantee or warranty.
This warranty is limited to technical and manufacturer defects that affect the functionality of your item. It doesn't cover accidental breakage or theft.
