OMG!!! boy o boy was I skeptical about this website let alone buying a iPhone on here!! when I tell you my phone iPhone 13 pro max is phenomenal and new!! arrived with not a scratch or dent on it.... battery 100 percent and delivery was fast!! thanks again and I will be ordering another phone soon 💗
I was skeptical at first after watching YouTube and reading reviews. But to my surprise, the phone was in excellent condition with 100% battery health and 40 day left to buy apple care. This tells me that someone traded in a new phone.
I chose the excellent condition of the phone I purchased - The phone I received has minor dings on 3/4 corners as well as the battery health is only at 89%. I paid a price that was very very similar to a new bought one however I prefer to buy refurbished to reduce waste. A little disappointed in quality of phone for price, but shipping and tracking was very good. I do think they could have secured the phone a little better within the box, it had a bit of wiggle room to slap around inside during shipping.

Renewed is not the same as used or secondhand. Our devices are held to rigorous quality standards that ensure every phone runs like new. The refurbishment process includes meticulously cleaning, testing, and assessing every phone, as well as replacing aging parts with high-quality new components. Meanwhile, with secondhand or used items, you’re left to the private seller’s good word as to their true condition, and with no guarantee or warranty.
This warranty is limited to technical and manufacturer defects that affect the functionality of your item. It doesn't cover accidental breakage or theft.
Of course you can! Just select cash as you check out or indicate to your sales rep that you want to pay cash. Our cash prices are extremely attractive and you will still be eligible for our 12 month warranty and our best in class customer service.
