Listen. I love . I love the customer service. The prices. The products. All of it. I just bought the iPhone 13 Pro with 256 GB and it runs perfectly. It arrived within a couple of days in great shape. Before this I had my iPhone 7 for close to five years that I also purchased from and it was excellent. Affordable, functional, ethical tech? Yes please! If you are on the fence of buying a refurbished phone, I hope my experience helps you take the plunge!! Worth it.
The phone works fine with no damage on the outside. But I received the piece with 87 % battery health and dust inside 3x zoom telephoto objective (a few little dots can be seen in photos especially if the background is blue/white). Also for some reason I received the wrong color (silver instead of gold), but I dont mind. After the purchase, I am asking myself a question what actually is refurbished if there is not even a new battery? (I ordered the highest quality possible)
Shipping was fast and came in good condition. It did have some wear and tear and clear marks of a case being used. The screen isn't an official apple screen, but no big deal. Overall it was a good phone.
The first 13 Pro that I ordered was delivered extremely quickly and looked great, but it would constantly restart itself (as frequently as every few minutes despite being fully charged) and had to be returned. The return process was straightforward, and the refurbishing company sent out a replacement phone the same day that the initial one was received at their facility. The second 13 Pro that I received also looked to be in excellent condition (no cracks, scrapes, etc). The only issue with the phone is that it lists that the battery cannot be identified as a genuine Apple part, which appears to be a not-uncommon issue with refurbished devices. So far the phone is working well and holding a charge for a long time as expected, although it would be nice if it was a genuine Apple battery given that I paid more for an "excellent" rated phone, and also so that the phone would be able to report out battery health. Despite the bumps in the road, I am so far happy with the device, and just hoping that the non-Apple battery won't cause issues down the line.
YOO ! Anybody wanting to get a device from do it ! Just bought my iPhone 13 Pro and was skeptical cause I deep researched reviews and some were bad. It came in yesterday 3 days after I ordered it, I bought Gold 128 gb Fully unlocked and in good condition and it came perfect no scratches or dings at all ! Phone works perfectly fully unlocked This is what shocked me battery health was 95%. Which is fine for me I’m happy with my purchase for the price I payed. Thanks ! The refurbishment process includes meticulously cleaning, testing, and assessing every phone, as well as replacing aging parts with high-quality new components. Meanwhile, with secondhand or used items, you’re left to the private seller’s good word as to their true condition, and with no guarantee or warranty.
This warranty is limited to technical and manufacturer defects that affect the functionality of your item. It doesn't cover accidental breakage or theft.
