Much unlike my first purchase with (different seller) I am very satisfied with this one! I purchased an IPhone 13 in excellent condition. There wasn’t a single flaw that met my eye when I received it. Shipping was fast too. The battery health reads 100%, sound, speakers and mic all work well too. Does not get hot while charging. Which id usually expect with refurbished devices. Feels factory! I connected it with my carrier the same day, no issues!
I order an iPhone 13 in very good condition and it didn't disappoint. I looks like a brand new phone and had a battery health of 99%! I'm happy I saved money with refurbished and feel like I got a brand new phone.
When I got the iPhone 13 they had a great deal when buying it good. When the phone came it looked brand new, and it came with a charger and a sim tray removing pin. The charger that comes with this phone is decent, but you will need to buy one if you have a fast charging adapter. As for the phone, I was expecting for it to have plenty of scratches, but it only had one small scratch that disappeared after putting a screen protector. For the battery health, I was excited when I saw the battery health was at 100%. A month of use, and this phone has been smooth, bright and everything that you would expect out of this phone, I couldn't be more satisfied in buying refurbished tech, thanks !
Phone came quickly, packaged subtly and on the date it said it would come. I got 'good' quality, and the phone lived up to my standards! There is only one small scratch on the screen, it's noticeable with the screen on but it's not very bothersome to me. The speaker and charging port were a bit dirty, as well as the back camera, but it was fixed with a quick wipe-down. It came at 88% battery life and over the month I've had it has remained that way. I use my phone a lot and it has worked perfectly the entire time! I will likely buy my next phone refurbished when it's time to replace this one!
i’m really happy with . i had originally puchased an iphone 11, the battery health was poor, at 79% so i sent it back and ordered this one instead. even though it’s good quality, the battery health was 100%, and i could barely see the micro scratches on the back. if you’re debating whether buying from or like apple refurbished, BUY HERE!!

The refurbishment process includes meticulously cleaning, testing, and assessing every phone, as well as replacing aging parts with high-quality new components. Meanwhile, with secondhand or used items, you’re left to the private seller’s good word as to their true condition, and with no guarantee or warranty.
This warranty is limited to technical and manufacturer defects that affect the functionality of your item. It doesn't cover accidental breakage or theft.
Of course you can! Just select cash as you check out or indicate to your sales rep that you want to pay cash. Our cash prices are extremely attractive and you will still be eligible for our 12 month warranty and our best in class customer service.
