I was blown away! I had reservations about buying a refurbished device due to having a bad experience with a refurbished IPhone I purchased through Amazon. I'm very pleased with my purchase of the refurbished iPhone 12 Pro Max. It arrived on time and is in good condition overall, especially considering I bought it in the 'fair' category. The screen has some minor scratches, but nothing significant. The battery is at a healthy 87%, and the performance has been excellent during the days I've had it. The only minor complaint is that it arrived a bit dirty, but that was easily resolved. In summary, a great acquisition
Delivery of my iPhone 12 pro max was great! The cover and phone arrived the same day, but the phone could not be left without a signature. That was awesome! I have had both for about a week and so far, everything is remarkable. The one concern I have is that the max battery capacity is 86 percent. I expected a bit more since I requested the highest quality phone. All in all, it was a good experience, and I would use again. I like the idea of refurbishing items as opposed to trashing them and buying new.
It is all great the phone came in really good condition and it seems brand new since the phone is refurbished. It does get heated sometimes and it disables my flashlight but it’s awesome really! It also came earlier than expected which I loved. This website/app is so amazing I can’t think of a bigger word to describe it. I got this phone for half of the price it would have been at apple. It really is so great:)
Amazing refurbished iPhone! Purchased iPhone 12 pro max in ‘good’ condition after getting my phone stolen and the phone I received was basically brand new! No scratches or dents or marks as far as I can see. Exactly as described and set up like any normal iPhone. Have had it for a few days now and seems to be no issues. Battery life at 87% capacity!

Renewed is not the same as used or secondhand. Our devices are held to rigorous quality standards that ensure every phone runs like new. The refurbishment process includes meticulously cleaning, testing, and assessing every phone, as well as replacing aging parts with high-quality new components. Meanwhile, with secondhand or used items, you’re left to the private seller’s good word as to their true condition, and with no guarantee or warranty.
This warranty is limited to technical and manufacturer defects that affect the functionality of your item. It doesn't cover accidental breakage or theft.
Of course you can! Just select cash as you check out or indicate to your sales rep that you want to pay cash. Our cash prices are extremely attractive and you will still be eligible for our 12 month warranty and our best in class customer service.
