My "fair" condition iPhone 12 Pro arrived today and it looks brand new! I brought it to Apple for a diagnostic test and the only ping that came back was the 86% battery which I expected. Everything else checked out great - the sound, the speaker phone, the camera, the screen, and virtually no scratches. I'm so happy. IPhone 12 Pro in Good condition came looking and working great. Besides a few tiny scratches on the sides there is no damage to the body. Cameras and screen look great. Battery is at 87% and drains a bit faster than one would want. But it’s OK, it’s a refurbished phone in good condition! Thank you, and the refurbisher that worked on this phone.
My iPhone 12 Pro in fair condition came in 5 days nicely packed, and looking and working absolutely great. Body, screen and cameras did not have any visible damage. The refurbishment process includes meticulously cleaning, testing, and assessing every phone, as well as replacing aging parts with high-quality new components. Meanwhile, with secondhand or used items, you’re left to the private seller’s good word as to their true condition, and with no guarantee or warranty.
This warranty is limited to technical and manufacturer defects that affect the functionality of your item. It doesn't cover accidental breakage or theft.
