I think calling the phone refurbished is a bit inaccurate. This seems more like a used phone than one that’s been restored or refurbished. Which is fine with me, I’d rather have a fully functioning used phone with some superficial marks, over one that’s been opened up and had internal pieces changed.

With that being said, overall the quality of the phone I received is good, it lines up with the condition marked by the seller (fair condition) and arrived in about 3 days after I ordered.

No issues switching sims from my old phone, restoration was easy. Screen and case have a couple of marks and the battery capacity is at 89%. So it drains slightly faster than a new phone but it functions perfectly.

I’m happy with the purchase but I can see how it’s a bit of a gamble on the quality of the phone you receive. For me, my experience was good. If I needed another phone I would return here.

The iPhone 12 came like new no scratches dents nothing. It was as advertised or better. I would definitely recommend this type of phone refurbished to anyone looking great job . Keep up the good work.

I bought the phone in good condition and was slightly disappointed that there were a few minor scratches on the screen and some major scratching on the back. That aside, the phone was in otherwise great condition and works amazing. The battery health is at 93% and easily lasts me all day. Super happy I was able to save by buying a refurbished phone! Will definitely order from here in the future.

I got the IPhone 12 in fair condition. 64gbs. I knew what I was getting ( fair condition) but honestly, the phone came in excellent condition! I would say that there was a tiny scratch on the side that you can barely see! The battery capacity is a 88% but unfortunately, even with my fast charger, it would charge slow or not at all. You have to kind of keep taking the charger out and putting it back in. I also had trouble syncing my apps from my old iPhone to this one but that’s an easy fix. Overall! I would definitely recommend getting a refurbished phone, even in fair condition to save the money! My fair condition was perfect! ( physically)

I was a little nervous at first buying a refurbished phone but once I read everyone’s reviews i felt better with my decision. I am so happy with the price and quality of this purchase. I purchased the green iPhone 12 in the “excellent condition” choice for my sons 11th bday, and the phone arrived looking brand new and had 99% battery life. I literally could not find one little mark on this phone. My son is so happy! He’s been using it for about 2 weeks and no problems! I will definitely be ordering phones, gaming systems, laptops, etc. from here instead of buying brand new. I couldn’t recommend enough!! Thank you !
