Battery Life: Battery life is good. With moderate to heavy use, I can easily go a full day without needing to recharge. But noted, when you back home, you should charge it. I don't say it's not good, but it's just so so. I expect it could be longer actually.
Considering the significant cost savings compared to a brand-new iPhone 11, I believe this refurbished purchase was an excellent value for the quality and performance I received.

The Iphone came with 85% of battery life, witch is expected for a refurbished phone... But came with a horrible scratch on the screen, for a good condition IPhone 11 its really bad... However with the protector screen on u can not see the scratch... The phone works perfectly and everything its perfect but the screen.

We have a refurbished iPhone 11. I think the screen may have been replaced...NBD, but the date and time that appears when the phone is first 'woken up" is yellow instead of white.
Other than that we have had zero issues! Great deal for the price!! And thanks for the follow up email. Very Cool!
The phone works good but not good enough, I cannot update the software it says unable to do it, imma technician and I worry about that because that’s can be a problem in certain component on the motherboard. After that the screen and the battery show me the “unknown part†on both. I get before a phone from other refurbish place here in and it is perfect I was waiting for the same but meh

The refurbishment process includes meticulously cleaning, testing, and assessing every phone, as well as replacing aging parts with high-quality new components. Meanwhile, with secondhand or used items, you’re left to the private seller’s good word as to their true condition, and with no guarantee or warranty.
This warranty is limited to technical and manufacturer defects that affect the functionality of your item. It doesn't cover accidental breakage or theft.
