How MoTrade-ins work
Step 1
Get an estimate of your device’s value
Select the phone you would like to trade-in and get an estimate of the discount you can get off the loan price of your Mophone.
Step 2
Prepare your phone for trade-in
Once you decide to do a trade-in, you can bring your phone to our shop or schedule a pickup, and we will examine your phone and assess the final value of the discount. You should clean your phone and transfer your data ahead of time.
Step 3
Trade-in and get your discount
Once everything is checked and the value is agreed upon, our representative will accept your device and you’ll receive the discount off the total value of your loan.
